I personally think steampunk items are crappy piles of leather, yellow metal, light bulbs, gauges and gears. I'll admit that mechanical irises are flippin' cool though.

Whether it is functional or not is debatable. I like the single sided rear and the hub-centre front, but the wheels seem a bit flimsy etc etc.

?What happens when the coat-tails get caught in the unguarded rear wheel is anyones' guess?

it could be functional but I don't see any sign of brakes, where did you find it ?

but then again steampunk is a mix between science fiction and fantasy so based on that may not work

I've seen video of him riding it but it is one of them built to show not ride bikes

I think it came up in a search for funny front ends/hub centre steering a good few years ago, before I had even heard of Steampunk. I may have even been the thing which made me aware of it.

I've been interested in Steampunk for a long time but I am not at all interested in dressing up or playing with toys. For me just looking like it's Steampunk isn't enough it's got to work as well, Dieselpunk is also interesting.
