Hi folks,can someone tell me which capacitor I need to match the one in the pic please.

There are lots on AliExpress if you can wait a week or two. They are the cheapest option and work for me. Here's an example.

I assume this is the start cap.this is the biggest out of the two in my sealey compressor.the other has 4 terminals and is not as long

Look at the uF (microfarad) ratings. If there are two capacitors, the one with the higher capacitance will be the start capacitor.
