Stairs for Mezzanine - Budget Cost?

Work are after some metal stairs to get from the workshop to the mezzanine above which they plan to use for storage. It's about 3.5m, they are happy with a 90 degree dogleg in the middle for the fall protection regs, and there would be a short landing at the top to level to the inset mezzanine floor. It's near Bedford and would need to meet relevent regs. Would need the install too.

Can anyone suggest who to ask or anyone on here fancy a job? Also anyone have an idea for a rough budget cost for this sort of thing?

there is another type for your reference

where a landing can be used halfway up the stairs for falls or carrying gear up the staircase which shouldnt happen but we all know it will

this also means the company dosnt loose floor space on the mezzanine floor to store on

You mean a straight fall just with a landing in the middle rather than a landing then a change in direction? That might be a good idea - there is plenty of space.

yes instead of a straight up staircase it has a landing in between 2 sets of stair cases

dont forget your landing at the top of the stairs as well

Site survey, CAD drawings, fabricate, paint finish, deliver, supply and install 2 stair flights c/w mid and top landing around the £4.5-5K mark
Add £1,800 if it needs twin system guardrails to each side and around stair void opening in the mezzanine.
