Stainless tube wanted

I am neediing a short bit of Stainless steel round tube for a job extending the exhaust elbow on my boat.
It needs to be 42 mm OD with 2.5 mm wall thickness, I only need a short stub about 100 mm long.
Needs to be 316 L grade (not 304 as its got hot seawater running through it!)
The company i normally use dont have any in stock & i dont want to have to order a 3 m length!
Anyone got an offcut in their scrap box or suggest anywhere?
Willing to pay beer tokens!

Some years ago I was on a fishing trip off Staithes N Yorks. The owner had fitted a similar s/s extension to his boat exhaust, which had seawater from the cooling jacket injected into it to keep the exhaust cool. Problem was when the boat rolled the water in the exhaust rolled back up the exhaust & into the engine, which then "hydrauliced".
Not a good idea when you're 4 miles off the coast.
Fortunately he was able to remove the exhaust & get the water out. We then safely returned to port albeit somewhat noisily.

This is a small mod to correct a design fault, the engine is a Beta 16 Its got a high rise exhaust swan neck on a combined header tank & exhaust manifold & the heat exchanger tube core goes straight through the lower part of the tank. Of course the klutz who drew the high rise exhaust elbow put it directly behind & in line with the heat exchanger core. If you want to withdraw the core to clean it which with this engine is a twice a season job without fail, you have to take the whole poxy lot off otherwise the core wont clear the exhaust elbow. What should be an easy 5 minute job becomes a major sodding drama!
It can only come out backwards & if i extend the pipework back a little bit there is clearance to pull the tube core easily.
Thus my need for a bit of tube!

Hello Keith,

possibly a last resort but Metals4U.co.uk have what you need albeit 250mm being the shortest option. I know it's an expensive way to buy metal but their service is good.
