Hi All, hoping that I can mine the collective font of knowledge -
I would like to pull 90° bends in 25x3 and 50 x 5 flat stock.
Most of what I do is in mild & I've little experience with stainless, I've always thought it to be hard and brittle but people do it and I want to do it too. Cost is an issue and so if I can get away with 316 then that's what I'll do. So;
The question is -
Is there a grade of stainless suitable for bending and do I need to heat it, if so is scotch bright on a wheel enough to clean up after?
Thanks in advance.
