Stabilant 22 - cheaper alternative?

Hi all
Know there's a few knowledgeable electronics guys on here.
Anyone know of a cheaper alternative to stabilant 22 contact enhancer? Readily available in the UK. Google doesn't help, the one that comes up is actually more expensive. I'm guessing there's no home brew equivalent?

The little bottle will last a long time. You can't really apply it thinly enough with anything! So it does not really work out that expensive. Not much point using it on contracts that are large enough to clean with a wire brush!
Surgical cotton bud with 3/4 of the end trimmed off with a sharp blade is about the most effective thing.
You can also dilute the stuff down with ipa if you want it to go further.
If you clean the contacts really well first they only ever need one application then clean with ipa again as required
