I need quite a few of this type of spring.

They need to partly raise a cover when it is released.

Apart from trial and error with different sizes, whats the best way to order!
I would say its going to be impossible to calculate the weight/forces/friction of the lid.

Iv used them on ramps before, I guessed the sizing, but I'm sure theres a calc that can be done.....
