It was my first time trying to spray the Jota and I was using a 2.0 size tip, it took nealry 75% thinners to get the gun to spray it without clogging. Is this what other people have experienced?
What gun are you using for that little amount of thinners? I was using a brand new gun so I ruled out blockages other than the Jota being used, I must admit I didn't bother to strain the paint into the gun cup so perhaps it was debris, I'll give it another go on a panel and see what happens with 20% thinners.
But you mean Jotamastic. O well. 75%, no way, more like 20%. It all of a sudden gets to a point from gloopy to sprayable. Then it's nice to spray.
In my case a Sealey gold with 2.0 and 50-55psi.
