Spraying a motorbike - gun size

Quick question, I am steadily working my through a VTR1000 streetfighter project, and have got to thinking about painting it.

Now, obviously bikes are a lot smaller than cars, and this one doesn't have a full fairing, just tank, seat unit and tiny headlight surround.

I am thinking, that a full size gun might just be a bit big for it, and am toying with the idea of using a touch up gun, especially as there will be a few smaller areas of different colours.

Any thoughts from someone who has done one?

I painted the smaller parts of my bikes with a touchup HVLP gun. I did use a regular gun for the tank and fairings.

Actually the fairing would have been easier with the touchup gun as it has lots of tight spaces. Would have been easier to fill corners with a gun that has less output.

Thanks for the info, it's what I thought, as there are quite a few curves and cutouts.
