sprayer bottles

am keen to hear what people use ;i dispense anti -spatter spray from a 25l drum into those household 500ml sprayers used for plants,problem is they only last a couple of months -anything more durable suggested?

Ive got a couple of Hozelock ones. The pump up type. Pretty rugged until a huge snotter hits it and burns a hole through the plastic.

You could try brake cleaner pumps but they are **** expensive the old red n black with awhite jug sold by WURTH are the most durable but cost £20 -£30 they have a good pump n a brass nozzle. We used them in rally conditions throwing them to each other etc etc, I had one worked for years till teenage son let the car lift down on it It didnt stand that but hehho

There are some on e bay we used the ones NOT by Wurth I think they were originally sold by wurth but have since changed the colours round. PS DO NOT buy the blue ones by granville they are crap I have bought several makes as brake cleaner sprays even got one the other day bought from a motor factors listed as brake cleaner pump, I got it opened it to fill it and there was a note inside that said do not use brake cleaner !!!! Took it back and the guy threw it down one of the rack rows in disgust and it broke in pieces. FLICKIN USELESSS he said

If you shop around you can get the black/white with red plunger ones for £20, worth every penny.

I've got one that has had brake cleaner in it for 12 years and still work absolutely fine.

Search google for "chemical resistant sprayer" or "solvent resistant sprayer"

I use them for everything,brake cleaner,1 WD40,1 TFR,1 tyre Dress,degreaser

From experience the ones listed above are the ones that last, you can actually order parts for them too direct from manufacturer in Germany but they have a minimum order.

If enough people wanted them it would be worth contacting them direct to see if there is a deal to be done.

I bought a pump up 1.5ltr hand sprayer in Isleworth Greenhams yesterday to try brake cleaner in, all plastic with a brass nozzle. For £2 +Vat I'm not expecting miracles using brake cleaner but anti-splatter spray would probably be a better substance to spray.

let us all know Ive tried loads and nothing only red n blacks last
was told by a supplier there are some copies of them out there that are crap too but how do ya know
