spray gun spitting

my spray gun is spitting and driving me made definitely not leaving a good finish. what on earth is causing this. plz help

100%. Its essentially trying to draw air backwards in small gulps. Try one and report back.

Whats up jonjoe don't you like the easy solutions , what kind of gun is it, suction or gravity, was the gun spotlessly clean before putting paint in, did you strain the paint through a filter first, is the vent hole clear on the cup.

its a sealey suction gun. i removed the screw and the seal has came out in 5 pieces so i think its it.
