Hi
Not exactly the right forum but I was hoping someone could give me some advice:
I have a 24 inch extraction fan (specs say 16000 cubic meters an hour) that I have venting directly into an enclosed area (1.5m x 1.5m x 2m small shed) that will have a roof duct(s) fitted.
Trying to work out what size opening I would need in the roof to match the fans volume so it doesn't become a bottleneck. Assuming if I have enough of an opening the pressure differences will keep the air moving out.
Obviously the filters will reduce the air flow of the fan but I'm not sure how to work this out. 300mm / 12 inch is about the largest size ducting that is easily accessible.
Any help would be appreciated
Adam
