Hi All, Garry from Australia. Been reading this forum and site for a while.
The Speedtec 200c has just been released in Australia, and I have the first one delivered in Australia, and unfortunately I think I have found a glitch in the synergic data loaded for Al 0.9mm wire in memories 146 and 147. And, of course its Saturday.
So, I am hoping they may have used the same data as supplied in Europe and someone might be able to look in memories 146 and 147, or Ar, 0.9, AlSi/AlMg memories if they are different numbers. In mine, in those two memories, all the synergic data is filled with 255. So, m/min is fixed at 25.5, Material thickness is fixed at 25.5mm and Amps is fixed at 255 Amps.
I have gone through all the other memories and the data appears to be ball park, and variable with the top left knob, just these two memories are not. The data in 151 and 148, for 1.0mm wire is good, so probably good enough to try.
Anyone able to check their memory info and let me know would be most appreciated and then I can give Lincoln Australia some feedback when they re-open on Monday or whenever.
Thanks,
Garry
