hi just bought a 3m speedglas 9002x lens and need advice on what mask to get please

loads of different ones,adflo,flexi etc,any recommendations

Flexview... i don't see the point personally but then my world is mostly TIG, grinding and welding are typically very seperate operations. At getting on for 3 times the price of the standard shell makes for an expensive grinding mask.
