Spark Plug Boot Puller

After having a bit of trouble removing a set of leads on a fairly modern Fiat Panda yesterday, got me thinking about making a tool that would help, not sure about the tool above, just looking for ideas/suggestions.

All depends on access and the design of engine in the first place I guess, the leads/complete coil packs are deep sunk on many a modern vehicle now aren't they, pliers like the ones below would be totally no good.

whats the plug end look like

might get some more ideas if you search vr6 plug lead removal , theres a few types for those

Leads for cylinder 2 & 3 are of a slightly different design to 1 and 2 funny enough.

Back in the day weren't things simpler, pretty sure that those Sealey pliers would have worked on any Ford Cortina, Vauxhall Viva or Triumph TR7 etc.
