Mac used to do them I’m sure.

Cant you make one using a small socket and a little bit of say 5mm round bar.

That way can make it exactly how you want it as majority of the spanners I have seen have been 12point at that size unless you can get a swan neck brake spanner in that size.

Perhaps you could capitalise on Ruffian's idea and bore out the 9mm end and loctite in a shortened 6mm 6-point socket.

9mm hex is about 10.3mm across the points and 6mm hex is 6.9mm across points so even without touching more of the spanner than is already penetrated by the 9mm hex, you would have minimum 1.5mm wall thickness.

Laser do a 6mm 6-point combination spanner (only) as part of their 6223 set.

I don't recall ever seeing a 6-sided deep cranked ring spanner. If I'm visualising the tool you need correctly I'd be looking at modifying a box spanner by fitting a handle.

ive never seen a 6 sided one, mostly as it would hugely reduce its usefulness

ive several six sided small spanners , great for things like brake bleed nipples and for hose clips , id go down the deep six sided socket route , but drill a hole through it at what ever height suits , and use ir with a bar , or a pozi drive screw driver etc to turn it ,, like vintage spark plug sockets , and at the end of the day , you still have it as a socket. Snap On do the sockets Ive a few of those too.
Stawhillie Stabile , [ spelling will be wrong] do great deep off set spanners , thinner walled than snap on and every bit as good , but they are in a light weight alloy,highly recommended well at least by me.

@Alan Reynolds I have a load of box spanners, I'm pretty sure there'd be a 6-7 mm one you could have. I'd have to measure if one could do the job?

I've seen one and used it. That's why I want one. There's not enough room for a socket and wrench but a deep crank works fine. The six sided hex ensures you don't round off the nut as it would be impossible to get in to remove it with ant other tool due to a pipe bend.

Ive only used cranked ones on tight spots so really need the 12pt for extra swing
