If nobody suggests anything better, what about purchasing some copper rod from a certain auction site & thread it to suit?

I made one threaded M4 a few weeks ago, possible the thread was too long, used it once then the lidl iron died. Can post it, if you want?
Both copper and brass will be slowley eaten away by the solder and flux. Ideally make it from copper and braze a thin peice of mild steel on the tip. Proper ones will be iron plated on copper.

Many thanks for the kind offer etc but I were hoping to find a set of them, different shaped tips like in the picture above,...maybe I'm going to have to have a go at making them then.
I've never really thought about the material they are made from, would say plane old steel damage the iron or not heat up enough/ruin the solder then?
