there total dross pots and the soda. what can strip paint and rust but not damage glassi bought a frost soda blaster and it was crap, £15 of soda gone and ive got a shiny patch 8 inch square, the promo videos look good but i think the footage is actually of a large industrial blaster rather than the pot blaster they sell
there only glorified machine mart pots that sell for 126 quid . 95 quid at the autojumblesit sounds about rite. all this crap about special metering valves and airIf you look at the patent you can see how it works.
I have seen several posts saying the frost system doesn't work
properly and uses far to much soda.
ive had kiln dried sand and a few diffrent grades of beads through a small pressurised pot made out of an aluminium fire extinguisher it was fed at 90psi and had a 3mm carbide nozzle . no problem metering either media and soda isnt any diffrent apart from a big price tag diffrence and is expendable .anyone buying one is wasting there money . just go buy the clarke presurised pot from machine mart 120 quid. spend 25 quid on a bag of soda and see the results.if u arent happy it can be used on grit ect . theres a firm selling the soda just up the road from me at aycliffe industrial estate
but in my opinion dont bother
save your cash and time experementingi rang them and they were verry helpfull they give samples of every grade of the stuff they sellbut in my opinion dont bother
save your cash and time experementing
the soda works fine in the ordinary potWhy did it not work? I'm interested in using it for cleaning carbs before I put them in the Ultrasonic cleaner
