Quick question - apologies for the digression. Does WS8 allow you to bend tube around a simple former without needing a pipe bender with the correct dies

Carrying on from Dr.s Problem what about this, it is made from THIN PVC & heat + age has ravaged it.
Need to make internal mould so as to have replacement constructed.
Down side is we have to patch the existing one up as a temporary measure, can cut the broken end off if we have a way to mould another, thought plastic steel ?, Any one used it ??
The bends are tight & have to flow air at high speed \ volume, also space is tight! almost push fit
There are no new ones available

If you have all the pieces you can prime the PVC and slap a layer of glassfibre on it. I cannot remember what the primer is called though.

Vacuum forming the part is not difficult but the tooling costs may be high for one-offs, no surprise there then.

Having all the bits would be great but I think it disintegrated in 1mm bits then went through a high speed blower, think I will have to be a bit of an with the fine glass tape.
The pipe ends are shot too
