hi can any one help i bought this plasma cutter second hand there was no tips with it the owner sent ne some it powers up but nothing happens got the earth clamp and coupled up with air but nothing

Can you post a pic of the torch and machine? I think it may be the same as mine.

Phillip. Try using punctuation to make the meaning of your message clearer.

You say there are no parts for the head of the torch with it, and then you say the owner (previous owner, right?) sent you some - so do you have some or not?

A pic would help. As would a description of what actually happens when you press the trigger. Can you hear the air solenoid activating within the machine (a solid 'click')? Does the airflow start? Is there any kind of arc at all at the torch? If so, how long does it last? What are you testing it on, and is the earth clamp attached to good clean metal?

If you're in doubt about what goes in the torch, or if you have all the right bits in there, post a pic of everything you're using in the torch head laid out in a line - maybe something is missing or put in the wrong way.
