I didn't intend for it to be like that originally, when I decided to make one. But instead of buying any metal, I had a gas bottle that I tried to make into a log burner and failed so I cut it in half and made that instead. It doesn't look anything special I'll admit, but it does the job. I may take the fire bricks out and use it without but I don't want to burn through the side walls. As it is the sides don't get hot at allthats an interesting design , is it your own
Looks like I need to find myself a new bottle now lol. That looks like a much better design than mine and I could forge a lot bigger stuff in there. I thought though after a short period it would burn though but obviously not. Thank you for sharing much appreciated
Me to. Originally that's the type I wanted to make the v shaped one, but I didn't want to buy the metal at the time to build it so i threw that together for now. Until I either buy some metal or get myself another gas bottle but I'm torn between the two now although the bottle should be easier to do, plus no welding neededjust put a cover over it with a square hole on other side for the long lengths to go through
the cover and tube is a way for it to pull the fumes away from the user coal dust isnt really good for you
i like this type
but i also like this as well
