Small Co Axial Dial Indicator Advice

Hello.
I would like to get a co axial dial indicator for use on my Mill.
The mill is quite small and has a a four inch vertical spindal travel.
When ever I look for a co ax dial I find the Chinese co ax dial indicators.
They are cheap, but quite long, over five inches.

Are there more compact co ax indicators than the Chinese ones?

In that style, no.

Why do you need a coaxial one?

One of these offers minimum projection from a collet but you need to do each axis independently:
