small bottle regulator to large co2 bottle

hi i have a clarke 135te turbo mig that i bought today.
it came with one of those silly small diy co2 bottles,
i want to use a large bottle of co2 that i have, i have the regulator, but the pipe on the large bottle is alot bigger in diameter than the pipe for the small diy bottle.
is it possible to buy a adapter to join the thick pipe onto the thiner pipe?
