You could always grind your chuck jaws (along with the rest of the chuck)
The cheaper drill presses wont be super accurate, BUT they will be a sight easier than drilling holes with a hand held drill. As long as you aren't expecting mega accuracy then the one you posted should do the job no problem.
I assume it sparks when you plug it in, then trips the circuit breaker?You can have the chuck if you like...I think it has an electrical problem that will keep you busy for a while![]()
