Thanks for the help lads. I need to take the ends of the cable off where it goes into the box, not the dish. Better get some new F type connectors in case!

I would strongly urge you to use decent cable. The WF65 Sky bunnies use is unfit for the purpose in my view. Minimum spec WF100 for pushing 12 Gigs.

So I suppose the HD receivers I had that stipulated use of a dual lnb were lying and the fact that they didn't recognise any HD transmissions with a single connected was a figment of my imagination.
