Skandi (CEM?) 165 reversing polarity

I just aquired a half beaten to death MIG, Skandi MIG 165 which I think I very similar to Cemig. It’s some kind of branded welder from the 80-s or 90-s. Dirt cheap but seems to work alright though.
I will be welding with flux core wire and need to reverse the polarity but there was no manual and no indications on the welder itself on how to do it. Any help would be appreciated

Looks like an Italian machine, very nice, well made, only 165 Amps but 3-phase.

The negative output from the 6-diode 3-phase bridge rectifier is bolted to the solid copper winding of the inductor, and then the inductor output wire goes to the back of the Dinse socket on the front panel. This is for the work return cable and clamp. The positive output from the rectifier is not seen, but it must go via a heavy cable to the MIG torch socket and wirefeed assembly. I think that the socket is not for a Eurotorch, it is proprietary.
To use gasless flux-cored wire, the two rectifier outputs that I mentioned need to be reversed.
The positive wire may be long enough to simply move it from the the torch socket to the back of the Dinse socket.
After detaching from the Dinse socket, the solid wire from the inductor will have to be extended to reach the torch socket, using bolted connections and heavy cable - e.g. a car battery earth strap or starter motor lead.
I'm assuming that this machine does not have a bank of ( polarised ) electrolytic smoothing capacitors on the welding output circuit - they are not needed on 3-phase machines.
I expect that the torch trigger switch, which has a separate 2-wire fly-lead, will still work fine after polarity reversal.

If you are going to be swapping it over more than once you could leave the existing earth/return lead where it is.
Remove the lead going to the torch and reroute it to a new dinse socket on the front panel.
Add a wire to where the torch lead originally fitted, run this through a skin top on the front panel and put a dinse on the end of it.
Swap quickly as required.
Have a look at some pictures of an ewm picomig or an esab rebel as that's how they do it.

Remove the lead going to the torch and reroute it to a new Dinse socket on the front panel.

A great idea from hotponyshoes. Use a Dinse socket with a red plastic surround.
