Sip topmig 150 turbo

Hi there all, brand new to site but hoping for some help !!!! problem is when i turn mig on the fan runs but nothing else happens no wire feed or shielding gas flow ,mig is about 10 years old but has done no more than a few hours work as its left in France,
Anybody got any advise that may help
