sip topmig 150 turbo no power

hi can anyone please help i cant seam to find out what is wrong with my welder when i switch on the power the only thing that works is the internal fan,i have cecked the onboard transistor/bridge rectifyer/realy/transformer,ect all seem ok,when i pull the trigger nothing happens,i have also checked allthe wires to and from the torch head to the main board,there is on hum from the main output transformer,all 6 diodes in the main bridge are fine aswell,can anyone think of something i am overlooking

Other than that I can't think of anything you haven't already checked, though I'm not an expert on these things.

Printed Circuit Board. If you say you have checked the Relay (Finder Type 25.31 & it is reading OK) it is the main board.
