Sip tig welder t214 hf

Hello to you all
Im looking for a cheap tig set about 1k, as I have just read the other post below this that's the same I just wondered if anyone one has used this set as it wasn't mentioned as an option.
At around £850 with a pedal torch ect ect sounds like a cheap price for a 200amp ac/dc invertor set

Any comments welcome

The 214HF also appealed to me on grounds of affordability (for a hobbyist!), low input current, good duty cycle and 2 year warranty UNTIL I got a PDF of the user manual from SIP. The cover page of this short document (12 pages) indicates that it applies to

"WSE160/200/250/315 WSE(P)200/250/315 TIG160AC/DC TIG200AC/DC 2 5 0AC/DC 315AC/DC TIG200PAC/DC 250PAC/DC 315PAC/DC)"

If you have done any searches on TIG welders you will recognise the WSE tag which crops up at the bottom end of the price spectrum.

I thought the manual was poor, with wording like "Blick Diagram" and "The around temperature should be between -10C and 40C."; no diagram of a front panel layout that corresponded to photographs of the 214HF and no statements of compliance with any design/build standards.

If SIP are rebadging low cost generic chinese units without even bothering to provide a decent user manual then I assume that build quality control will also be minimal. I'm now looking at other options.
