SIP Ideal 303 MIG & ARC Inverter Welder

anyone using this welder or know much about them? just looking for a new mig welder for doing the odd job and some other fabrication work next year. i have budget of about 1200 and seen this.

I tend to avoid SIP. £1200 will get you a 300 amp single phase oxford, 300 amp parweld XTM 301C or a 250A jasic compact MIG

Plenty more well known and more trusted brands to look at before you consider SIP IMO

What sort of metal you planning on working with?

I had another look and the jasic one and it seems to be good with a 5 year warranty. i might just try find a bit more about that make but with that warranty they must be reliable.

Yeah, they're quite nice machines that are backed up by Wilkinson Star in the UK, they're made in China in the Jasic tech factory but they're closely monitored by Wilkinson Star's guys. Just a quick tip, when you go about asking about for a Jasic machine and ask for a quote make sure you get yourself a nice discount of their advertised price
Do look into brands like the 330-1 MIG Maker, the Parweld XTM 301C or ma9ybe a portamig if you need something a bit smaller.
