sip ideal 300 super problem

hiya guys ive recently bought a sip ideal 300 super machine
the problem im having is it constanly pulses asif it has a setting thats doing it its very controlled and consistent i cannot find any info for the machine on the net but ive got some pics of all its nobs

any help would be appreciated

Turn pause time and weld time to zero.

Looks like the top control needs to be on the middle position too, can't tell which position it's in from the photo.
From left; spot, normal, stitch.

sorry i should have said ive had all the knobs at all extrems and it still does it no matter what . the pause time between welds does change but i cannot get it to stop doing it
