Single Skin Garage Internal Render

Hi All

I wonder if anyone has experience of rendering the inside of a single skin garage? A few people have said that it could cause damp problems, but if I used a waterproof additive, I wondered if it would be suitable.

only if you went below the dpc with it no different to doing it exterior

Probably be cheaper and faster to dry line it.

i wouldnt advise it but if you want to see what you would get search for my shed build on forums i ended up doing a second internal wall due to the damp coming through just red brick with concrete on outside

all walls are now double skinned and back shed im doing a second skin once ie finished and sorted out the front shed thats getting a 3x2 internal frame with roofing felt insulation ad osb for the internal walls roof im doble skinning and insulating that part as well
