Got a reply back about the Invertek Optidrive E2 regarding it working with my motor, well not mine but you know what I mean 
. I had looked at the manual and it didn't seem like it would work with capacitor run motors and the reply confirmed that to be the case. So that option is out, the other one, the ATO, supposedly will work if the video is to be believed but....
