Silicone remover

Has anyone any experience with these so Called silicone removers?
I’m looking at the one from screwfix at the minute, any other suggestions?
I can’t really cut off what is there as I don’t want to damage or scratch what’s under it.

I used some Screwfix stuff several years ago, yes it worked well, turned the silicone into a mushy goo which you could scrape up. I don’t know if it always works, but it did for me.

Worked in our shower when I last sealed it. Give it plenty of time to do it's job and don't be stingy with it.

It works, scrape out what you can first (tool from screwfix is good)

Leave it a long time and it does a good job

Take a look at Multisolve by C-Tec.

A mild clay bar, or something like AutoSmart Tardis. They used to do an aerosol glue remover but it seems to have been discontinued, pretty sure I have one in the cave. Yes, I DO!

Other suppliers now seem to sell a similar product, but I can't comment on their efficacy. JS works wonders on the sticky residue left behind after labels, but always test it on a hidden place if you can.
