Easy in the end.. nice tech. lady on the end of phone at Ultra talked me through it.
Two flat screwdrivers turn the brass end piece ... then pull not twist the cartridge out.

Its from a company called Ultra, they sell them for£120ish but I told her that I have seen them online for around £60, she told me that it would be exactly the same, the companies they supply to can offer discounts..
Can't fault thier customer service, also told me that they have two different tooth set up on the tap,32 and 20, make sure I ordered the right one and it's handed so don't put it back up side down.
It came this morning £64 all in.
Got used to nice hot baths now though..
