It doesn't seem you even need to change the wire liner between .6 and .8mm wire (what I run now) so is there a point in having a separate torch set up for .6mm instead of just changing the contact tips when swapping the wire?
I guess one thing might be that my current torch is a big large (Binzel MB-25 Pro) and a smaller one might be neat to have for .6mm wire. I never thought about it before but compared to the torch on my dads welder, the one on my machine is very beefy in comparison. A smaller torch might be useful when welding on a car and doing sheet metal work.
Or maybe I am just talking myself into buying more stuff I don't need. You guys tell me.
