You'll need the regs to go with them, make sure they are rated to 300bar as the old stuff was only rated to a lower pressure, can't remember what off the top of my head.

make sure those hose conectors on the torch are one way check valves and not strait through conectors u will need a pair of regulators and also flashback arestors fitted. u can use jubily clips on the hoses for personal use but its recomended to get the ends crimped on

You'll need to get some hoses anyway, check valves will (I think) be included. As mentioned, you need regulators, and must get flashback arrestors - don't be temped to 'just try it' without, or use any which are suspect for any reason. They're the main line of defense against not only you being blown to pieces, but anybody else on the street, should something go wrong.
As Tigman points out, the nozzles don't look like they fit that torch, so check this as what you have may be of limited use if they don't - what are your plans? Cutting, welding, brazing, heating etc?

That torch is next to useless then - it will take forever to heat anything up that is a decent size. It might cut through a mars bar but nothing more
Just buy a standard burning torch for heating and cutting.

go the oxy propane route if u arent going to weld . and just braze cutting and heat

Yep, unless you want to weld propane is a better choice for the hobbyist. It doesn't frighten insurance companies, it's widely available, doesn't go bang at the drop of a hat or if it's a windy or rainy day and the slightly longer heating times aren't costing money.

as welder paul said that torch isnt going to cut the mustard . unless u can get all the bits individualy cheap and a decent torch with welding and cutting atachment u would have to purchase a full kit costing a fair bit

Maybe this is tempting something, but I've yet to have a flashback. 
I don't think that for normal use it's necessary to have the resettable ones as it'll probably never happen. And if it does, I should think you'll spend the next couple of weeks recovering from it after wetting yourself so badly that the cost of buying another, rather than resetting, will hardly cross your mind!
