Shot blasters in north west Sheffield

I bought a cast iron "Britannia" table on Ebay with the intention of refurbishing it. it is pretty rusty and I'd like to get it blasted if it can be done at a reasonable cost, the alternative being hours of work with an angle grinder and wire brush.

Can anyone recommend a media blasting outfit to the North West side of Sheffield that can do the work at a sensible price? TIA

I bought my cabinet and blast pot from a chap and his son who are only a stones throw from Sheffield Wednesday Stadium. I believe they do blasting work too.

They were very helpful, it was a crazy day for me. I decided to swing by Stacey processing and get 2 tonne of glass grit on the way(that makes it sound easy), instead of just going back out to the motorway I followed sat nav and it took me across the peak district, I had to pull away in low range on a few occasions! The glass grit wasn't too well packaged and when I arrived to collect the blast kit they found some 1t bags and we moved all the 25kg into them or they would have been all over the M1 on the way home. They couldn't have been more helpful, even roped in a couple of blokes from another unit, they were amused by the fact it was late afternoon and I had to come out of Sheffield in the rush hour and get back to Hereford.

Salvage Hunter will be after you! He would take it back to his yard and blow the dust off and put some wax on it.

Well I visited a couple of blasting places yesterday and was quoted £40, I was hoping to get it done for half that. I think I'll give it a go with the angle grinder and wire wheel and see how it goes

I stripped a cast iron fireplace that was painted in very thick layers of white gloss with paint stripper then used a Dremmel with a carbide burr to get the last bits of paint out of the detailed bits. I used Diall paint stripper which I think is B and Q's own brand, but Starchem is supposed to be very good.
