They pack shipping containers with multiple consignments, can workout alot cheaper, than airfreight, but be careful stuff can go missing. Not saying it doesn't go missing via Air, but it tends to be less hassle.

It can sit there for weeks, there are a lot of forms to fill, dutys and local taxes to be paid and palms to grease before the goods are released
Beware of Fedex & Parcel to Go - I shipped a parcel to The Ukraine, they confirmed the address OK but when it arrived in Kiev they said they couldn't deliver because the address was outside their service area.
Whoever you choose, make absolutely sure they can deliver to the address, not a town 100s of miles away.
