Took a gamble and bought it. I'm very pleased. Successfully welding Ali for the first time. Initially bought an Andeli off eBay and it went straight back. Didn't feel right and had a flickering display when in settings mode. Vendor said that was how it was supposed to be but a flashing display should be at fixed frequency not arbitary.
I did want a Stahlwerk ac/dc TIG as both the plasma and the dc tig/mig/mma sets have served me well over the last 12yrs and with a 7yr warranty now makes them very attractive. Alas due to Brexit they have given up exporting to the UK. Out of interest I also have a SIP TIG/MMA which was nothing but trouble from day one, being twice returned for repair within 1st year.
The Sherman on the other hand gave a good feel. Felt well made and certainly well packaged. I didn't buy the foot pedal as I thought £125 was exhorbitant. So I've bought bits and will be making my own. Which brings me to the connections. There is a drawing on here that is for the Sherman but unfortunately the pinout is wrong for this machine, so I thought I would share the info'
It is plagurisation of the posted schematic from somewhere on the forums but cannot remember where and now can't find it.
