Just taught myself how to use Sheetcam tonight

Not sure if anyone else here has any experience of it, but i'm struggling to suss out the cut route it automatically sets itself....the blue lines show the torch travel whilst not cutting ie travelling to the next cut start position.
Why do one pattern for one row, then a different pattern for the next row?

does the program work out how to cut with least waste or does it actually cut it aswell?

The programme sorts out the nesting, cut parameters etc etc etc, then converts to .tap to actually perform the cut. Pretty impressive.

If the top row is cut left to right and the second row cut right to left, repeated down the sheet it looks like the program is referencing from the top right corner of each component?.

Gods knows. The Armada 28 station Turret Punch I used would do the weirdest of things, while cutting, you can just the cut/punch sequence, as sometimes it would damage the sheet, but on the whole we used to leave to get on.

It looks to me - the starting and finishing point is the bottom left hand corner.
