setting sheet on inside of mig welder (130A)

Hello,
I have got an old yellow generic (asian?) 130A turbo gas / no gas mig welder.
I have not touched a welder in about 20 years so I am very pleased to get back to it. I am using flux cored wire for the moment but plan to use gas (probably CO2 in the future when I find a supplier.).
I know what I am looking for in the sound and ark for a good weld but I was wondering if anyone has one of those 'settings sheet' on the inside of their mig welder. It would be for a 130A (120A would do). I ask as mine is missing. I have searched google images and even the photo gallery here to no avail.

Hi Kimbodwin,
Does this give you what you need? I ran this for my machine and then printed out the table and stuck it to the front of the machine.

Hi Graham,
This is great, I will do the same. The wire speed is a bonus even if I set it by ear. I suppose I should have looked more on this site before posting.
