ive neoticed theyve started popping up all over brum.
ive seen 2 of them on the m5 west side of brum and another one today just outside someones house j9 m42

they say theyre police approved so are they using them too?

ive seen them using them on the central reservation on the way to star-city and by Birmingham wheels. they both had a little tent next to them and a guy bothering about near by. I figured they were for catching people without tax/insurance etc..

so they just take everybodys picture as they drive past?
