Sealey joggler/hole punch

Hi, does anyone own the sealey joggler/hole punch?

I'm looking to find out if the hole punch cuts out a 6mm hole, and therefore a 5.XXmm slug, or if it puches out a 6mm slug and the hole is 6.XXmm?

I'm in need of the slug it punches and have been recommended this tool, but the kennedy hole punch is cheaper and I imagine more useful but it cuts a 5.56mm slug. Which is fine if it is the same as the sealey.

To give you some idea you can never put a punched slug back in the hole it came out of. The slug is flattened and expands slightly as it is punched out.
