Our local agricultural merchants are Sealey agents and they are usually competitive on price. My 190 amp Mightymig came from there and I am plesaed with it. They have 140 amp Sealey inverters for sale. What are these like for TIG work (I can't afford/justify AC/DC TIG)? I have an old but reliable 180 amore than two decades ago)mp SIP arc welder for heaveier stuff.
I would use the inverter for light, neat, TIG on sheet and tube.
All advice welcome as it's a long time since I used a TIG (used to use a large BOC one at work but more than two decades ago!).
