Just thought I should mention as I know others have shown an interest in the past.....
I attended one of Chunkolini's sculpture making workshops earlier this week and very good it was too. I asked to cover a range of skills (rather than focusing on making one single item) and this is exactly what I got. We covered Chunko's trademark overwelding, shaping, bending, achieving textures (like the fins on a fish), a bit of plasma cutting and brazing to mention a few. Throughout the day I bombarded Chunko with numerous questions, all of which he was able to and seemed happy to answer. There is a good range of his work in and around the workshop (not far from Hereford) so I was able to ask plenty of questions like 'what material do you use for this' or 'how do you get this effect'.
Thoroughly recommended.
