Sculpture making workshops

HI Guys
I posted about running workshops a while back, I have since ran a couple with good results. I have a also had a a few enquiries about them in the leat couple of weeks.

At last the weather is warming up so I can look at a reprise , when it is three centigrade indoors it is hard enough for me let alone for guests.

I am thinking about early May probably 8th which is a Saturday, I could go to two days but am unable to ofer accomodation unless you are happy on a air bed on the floor. I can also run them on weekdays. There is a damn fine pub just up the road for nosh as well.

Anybody interested? Costs? depends on numbers, I think three people at a time would keep me busy and not cause space problems.

If i was able to provide a venue (large shed with a welder) and suitable lubrication (wine,beer, good food) and accommodation would you be interested in bringing your workshop to the frozen north?

An interesting idea, sadly I would find it hard to lug my tools over on the motorbike, wine and beer? they are not lubricants, cider is a much more effective substance.

Your a bit too far away from me too, but i've just looked at your webpage I love the ant on the back of the wagon at longleat, the driver doesn't look in a rush to jump out of the wagon

What tools do you need?

I was thinking about this today,
If you have a reasonable workshop I could manage. the only specific tool that I have is a Metal Craft strip worker which I use for curving strip and bar.
But I could manage without that.
Where are you? send me a PM and we can perhaps discuss this in private like.

No need for private as others might see where i am and might be able to contribute

I'm about 15 miles south of aberdeen scotland

And in my quite large workshop/shed i have a milling machine, drilling machine, lathe, beer fridge, metal bandsaw and a nice big Lincoln Electrical MIG welder. As well as the things needed like big hammers and benches and vices

I maybe able to borrow a Plasma cutter or i might just say sod it and buy one.

There is accommodation available here and there is a new B&B just down the road

We need a few more folk interested in a workshop in the frozen north
