Less than lethal ammunition
Shells loaded with salt or pig grease , extremely painful but they are unlikely to kill someone , maybe a vegan could get killed cause the shock .

My best mate had his boiler replaced recently. Old one was in the front garden. Somebody went to the effort of going into his front garden and taking it. The worrying thing is he has loads of other stuff in his front garden, he's getting CCTV now. He lives down the end of a cul-de-sac in Berkshire next to a school yet these people are clearly riding round every day checking

Sadly some of his neighbours thought it was a good result. Anyone who encourages these kind of people into an area want their head looking at. People are so naive.

Less lethal ammo is common in the states, bean bag rounds are basically shotgun cartridges with the shot in little bags. Johnny Knoxville got shot with one on Jackass. It did a real number on him, I reckon if you shot someone with one and picked the bag up you could deny all knowledge. The person you hit would think twice before snooping around your property for sure.

scrap shouldn't be left in view of tatters it encourages them on to your property . they come round with eyes like a sh..ithouse
rat tap on your door and ask and theres nothing you can do about it apart from say no and shut the door on them don't even argue with them it will end in fisticuffs

Local facebook flippin people advertise they've left scrap out to be collected . . . I have messaged a few suggesting they could take it in themselves and get money for it . . . no-one ever replied so gave up.
