Scam?? so on facebook ad for laser mig

So just seen this ,on faceache, some sort of mig does the most even looking weld ever and its obviously a scam as its only xxhrs left for your offer price of £29.99, obviously not buying into that but interested to know what sort of welder it actually is , have you seen it and whats is it ?
