had another one like it before its a fishing email to see if you have an account there
some people do use the same password and email address for there stuff online so its kinda a trick way to get the information
always class them as spam and if not sure go through your own links to your own never click on email links

I always ignore them but occasionally i just wonder how stupid they think we are...

I had an odd one the other day. Got a text-to-phone received on my land-line number, message said something like "Card arrived but it has been opened and all the money is gone". Came from a mobile number I didn't recognise.
Now, either it's a mistake with the recipient's number [i.e. mine] or a scam, but I can't see how they'd hope to suck you in unless they're hoping to harvest info of some sort
Academic anyway, I've just ignored it.

They are getting more and more sophisticated, I never give my land line out but I now get weekly calls from some one wanting to fix my internet, I tell them I don't have any but they still call, some one elderly or a little unstreet wise would easily be taken in

Yeah, all too common - mostly I hang up but if it's a quiet day you can have some fun with them........
These should just be banned.......this is the type of thing that politicians should be all over.

"I can't go to that website..."
"Why"
"Cos I know you're trying to scam me, but at least whilst I've been wasting your time, you haven't been scamming anyone else"

I've actually been told to "F off" on occasion 
Hung up on one guy and within seconds the phone rang again. Same guy saying indignantly "You hung up on me", me..."yes, and I'm about to do it again"........
